Meet your founder

Hello, I'm Hannah - Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Practitioner and founder of The Positive Method. I work with women to positively lose weight for good, balance hormones and find happiness. 

With a background deep rooted in the Arts, I thrive on pulling together my passion for people and nutrition in a uniquely creative and colourful way.  I’m on a mission to empower and educate women with the tools to positively reach their health goals, feel fabulous and improve quality of life.

Hannah Alderson BA(Hons) mBANT® DipCNM mIFM regCNhC is registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), a member of The British Menopause Society, member of The Institute of Functional Medicine, is regulated and governed by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council which is an accredited nutrition register regulated by the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom and is fully insured. Hannah is on the medical advisory board for the PCOSAA (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Awareness Association).

Hannah has worked with Global consumer healthcare provider GlaxoSmithKline, supporting major consumer research into a personalised nutrition service for PCOS sufferers. An opportunity like this to understand how we can better support the PCOS community on a global scale is a true privilege.
